Due to the General Elections held 9th May we have officially postponed our event to 22nd - 24th May 2018.

With the ongoing solicitations, SEMI would like to continue to alert you to some scam companies who try soliciting internet Event Directory listing information or by posing as our official vendors such as travel agent in a misleading manner. The organizations are FairGuide, ExpoGuide, Construct Data Verlag and EHS (Travel Agent) and many more.

Please BEWARE of these scams and always verify with SEMI SEA personnel if you are unsure that they are the official appointed vendors by SEMI SEA.

    • Send out e-invites to your customers through our E-invitation platform.

Digital Banners 2018 - NEW Banners Up! 22-24 May

Here you can find several sizes of digital banners for exhibitors to promote the awareness of their company's participation in SEMICON SEA 2018.

Double Tax Deduction (DTD) Scheme - *Applicable to Malaysian Exhibitors Only*

Malaysia-registered companies participating in SEMICON Southeast Asia 2018 will be entitled to Double Tax Deduction (DTD). Kindly refer below for procedures of claim by MATRADE:

In order to obtain the approval letter for DTD, each exhibiting company (Malaysia-registered only) has to ensure the following:-

  1. Kindly provide one application letter by using company letterhead (sample)
  2. Please state in your letter the name, date and venue of exhibition
  3. Please attach copies of related invoice or receipt etc. booth rental (for proof of participation)
  4. Copies of brochure/booklet/floorplan of the exhibition
  5. MATRADE registration number

Malaysian Development Grant (MDG) - *Applicable to Malaysian Exhibitors Only*

We are pleased to announce that the Malaysian Development Grant (MDG) will be once again available and applicable to the SEMICON SEA 2018 show! 

The MDG is a financial support facility in the form of a reimbursable grant to assist Malaysian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Professional Service Providers, Trade & Industry Associations, Chambers of Commerce and Professional Bodies in undertaking eligible export promotional activities.
