Elaine Chew is a Malaysian qualified lawyer and currently a senior associate of ACSV Legal Vietnam. Prior to joining ACSV Legal, Elaine worked at international law firms in Malaysia and Vietnam. She has experience dealing with both local and international corporations in private equity transactions, M&A, real estate and retail development projects in a broad range of sectors, such as hospitality and tourism, food and beverage, retail, fintech, education, fitness and healthcare. |
