With over two decades of experience spanning across engineering, operations, consulting, robotics, and AI, he has been leading large-scale automation and digital innovation across global manufacturing operations to deliver next-generation productivity and innovation through digitalization, AI, and autonomous manufacturing.
At Infineon, George leads global Backend Ops Autonomous Factory transformation, developing and executing strategies that leverage data, AI, robotics, IoT, and advanced analytics to realize lights-out autonomous manufacturing. His leadership focuses on the realization of next-level productivity, operational excellence, and manufacturing best practices. Previously, as Global Senior Director of Digital Transformation at Western Digital, earning five World Economic Forum Global Lighthouse Network awards, including the first Sustainability Lighthouse in Asia, for pioneering large-scale Industry 4.0 transformation.
