Mr. Jihan Chen

Jihan Chen is currently the Corporate R&D Director at ASE Inc, where he specializes in optical engine packaging and optical assembly solutions for silicon photonics and co-packaged optics (CPO). Prior to this, he led RF system-in-package development and the design and testing of integrated passive filters, contributing to advanced packaging innovations at ASE.
