Tan Kheng How is the Principal Technical Consultant for Advantest Corporation. For more than 25 years, he has been involved in semiconductor IC test development, application engineering and software R&D activities, and Technical Consultation in Advantest. He has developed and supported various test applications from RF/mmWave, mix-signal, digital to DC tests.
Kheng How is also active in Test Conferences where he has presented papers in SEMICON Southeast Asia, ITC India and Advantest VOICE events in both United States and Singapore, on topics related to Automated Test Equipment (ATE) testing and Test Development Automation.

Accelerating Test Engineering with Agentic AI in Era of Complexity
As semiconductor devices grow in complexity, test engineers face increasing pressure to shorten time to market while maintaining high test quality. Traditional approaches to test program development, validation, and debugging are increasingly strained by rising device sophistication, fragmented knowledge, and limited engineering resources. This creates a strong need to reassess how test engineering work is performed.
This session explores how agentic AI can enhance key test engineering activities, including improving test program development efficiency, strengthening quality assurance, and accelerating debugging. AI enables easier access to Automated Test Equipment (ATE) knowledge and best practices, retains knowledge, and supports engineers in daily decision-making. The session concludes by reinforcing how agentic AI improves engineer productivity and emphasizing the importance of partnerships between ATE vendors and users to realize AI-enabled test engineering.
