Presentation Title
SCC Scope 2 WG - Market Trends and Opportunities in APAC
For the semiconductor industry, Scope 2 emissions represent both a significant operational cost and a primary target for Net-Zero commitments. This session explores the evolving renewable energy landscape in APAC, focusing on how firms can navigate market opportunities to eliminate indirect emissions from purchased electricity. Wenyun will discuss how strategic energy procurement and regional policy shifts are enabling semiconductor leaders to transition their APAC manufacturing hubs toward 100% renewable power without compromising on grid stability or operational excellence.
