Shanthi Ramadass is a Director of Global Operations with over 25 years of experience in quality management and operational function in EMS & OEM manufacturing environment. She is responsible for the operational excellence, NPI program management, and for driving quality and operational efficiencies at Penang Western Digital.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Chemistry from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Utara Malaysia. She is a certified ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CQM) and Certified Coaching & Mentoring Professional (CCMP).
Throughout her career, Shanthi has held various leadership roles at Flextronics, Jabil, and Western Digital, where she has demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Shanthi is also a member of Western Digital Employee Resource Group (ERG) Advisory council, representing the Women Impact Network (WIN) Penang Chapter, where she advocates for STEM education and gender equality in the workplace. Passionate about empowering female employees, Shanthi provides platforms and tools to uplift the female workforce and promote diversity in the workplace.
