Mr. Joshua LEE - SEMI SEA Regional Advisory Board, Vice Chairman

Joshua Lee serves as Corporate Vice President of Frontend Manufacturing and Singapore Country Manager at Micron. He oversees the company's wafer fabrication facilities in Singapore and leads Micron Singapore’s goals and strategic direction with the company’s overall objectives and mission. He assumed his current position in March 2025.

Joshua began his career at Micron as a process and equipment engineer and has held increasing leadership responsibilities over his more than 25-year career. His work focuses on producing high volumes of DRAM and NAND flash products, including technology development and transfer, manufacturing ramp-up, and fab construction. He played a key role in expanding the fab for 3D-NAND volume manufacturing and enhancing efficiency in the production of leading NAND flash in 2019. In 2021, he was appointed Vice President of Micron Memory Japan, where he led the team in introducing new DRAM technology nodes into volume manufacturing and engaging with the government, industry, and academia contributing to the semiconductor ecosystem.
 

Joshua holds both bachelor's and master’s degrees in engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He supports strong industry-academia relations and is a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Industrial Systems Engineering and Management at NUS. He has initiated collaboration projects between industry and universities to promote STEM education and serves on the Micron Foundation Board of Directors.
