Li Song has more than 25 years of extensive Product and Test Development engineering experience. As Senior Director of Engineering in Qualcomm based in Singapore, he is currently leading Product Development and Test Engineering teams in APAC, driving rapid design verification through IP performance characterization and development of production worthy test solutions across Digital SOC, Power Management IC and Automotive SOC products.
Li Song is currently responsible as Engineering Site Lead for Qualcomm Singapore Test Center of Excellence (TCE). Prior to Qualcomm, he served as Technical Manager at Teradyne Singapore leading Test Development projects for customers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.

Abstract
AI and ML advancement is driving a new frontier for Semiconductor Product Testing. This advancement is now rapidly defining new solutions in data analytics and inference in both pre-silicon and post-silicon development, accelerating test development, design verification and fabrication process learning. This has significant impact to Semiconductor product test development, silicon characterization, data analytics and eventual high volume production ramp and rapid time to market.
