Ph.D Vo Xuan Hoai, Deputy Director of Vietnam National Innovation Center (NIC), a unit under Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment, established by the Prime Minister with the function of supporting and developing the innovation ecosystem, contributing to innovating the growth model on the foundation of science and technology development.
Mr. Hoai is a Doctor of Economics and has a Master's degree in Finance from Paris 1 University - Pantheon Sorbonne, and a Master's degree in Science - Technology from École Normale Supérieure ENS Paris - Saclay. Mr. Hoai has experience working in both the public and private sector, mainly focusing on technology, finance, and semiconductors, with many scientific research projects related to human resource development and economic development.
