Mr. Chin Nam CHANG

Mr. Chang Chin Nam is the Senior Vice President and Head Semiconductors, Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). Chin Nam oversees EDB’s operations in facilitating the growth of enterprises in this sector.
Prior to this, Chin Nam led the EDB European Operations in the promotion of investments. On return to Singapore, he held management positions overseeing various industry clusters including engineering, logistics & transport, precision engineering and technology hardware & equipment.
Chin Nam joined EDB in 1987. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Fachhochschule Hamburg, Germany and received his Masters of Science (Industrial Engineering) from the National University of Singapore.
In recognition of his contributions to the public sector, Chin Nam was awarded The Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2001 and The Long Service Medal in 2012.
