Keivan Keshvari is Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Quality at AMD. In this role, Keivan leads teams across the globe in executing AMD’s end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain strategy. He brings 34 years of industry expertise in global technology, packaging, capacity planning, supply chain operations, procurement, and new product introduction engineering.
A veteran in the semiconductor industry, Keivan has been instrumental in the productization of key high-performance computing technology innovations including chiplets – a revolutionary modular design delivering processors that are more powerful and energy efficient than traditional designs. He has also led his team to adopt the most advanced manufacturing processes while pioneering innovative technologies like 3D chip stacking that are critical to ensuring the semiconductor industry continues delivering more performance and feature-rich chips in the future.
