Keat Yap is a Partner in Kearney. APAC Co-Lead for Operations and Performance. Based out of the Kuala Lumpur office. He has close to three decades of global industry and management consulting experience helping global companies to achieve business and operations excellence.
Keat’s has helped clients successfully in a wide range of initiatives. He has a global perspective, thanks to his work collaborating with clients based in APAC, EMEA, and North America. His work has spanned many industries, including high tech/semicon, telecommunications, automotive, utilities, banking, consumer products, and government.
Keat has prior work experience with Intel Corporation, where he held many strategic roles across Materials, Operations, Technology Development and Customer Manufacturing Enablement. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University Putra Malaysia.
