Work experiences encompassed managing R&D module in the lithography, technology transfer, manufacturing operations, Operations-Strategy, start-up of 8” production line and cross fab standardization, developing quality management systems.
Managed project teams of engineers starting up new production lines through the technology migration from 6” to 8” as well as 8” to 12” manufacturing. Most recently, established the MEMS manufacturing line, overseeing the tool selection, commissioning, and development of the new processes on these unique tool sets.
