Hawani Adnan is the Head of Talent Program of InvestPenang Berhad.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Universiti Utara Malaysia with 20 years working experience serving both MNCs and the Government sector. She started her career as an HR Executive and had explored various functions of HR namely, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, ER & IR as well as Training & Development throughout her career journey as HR practitioner. She had also pursued in Project Management, successfully delivering several key projects that impacts especially in automation of HR processes for improvements.
In her current role, she has given various talks about talent landscapes in Penang to promote job opportunities to IHL students especially in the Northern Region. A very open individual who believes in “each individual has their own strength” she always emphasis to embrace that in order to bring the best version of yourself in achieving your dream.
