Dr. Set Ying Ting
Business Domain Lead imec
Dr. SET Ying Ting holds a PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from National University of Singapore and an MBA from Vlerick Business School. He is the recipient of the St. Gallen Wings of Excellence Award and VLAIO Innovation Mandate entrepreneurship grant. Prior to joining imec, he conducted research in solar cells and memory materials in Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (Singapore) and RWTH Aachen (Germany), respectively. Being at imec HQ in Leuven since 2018, he has developed DNA purification technology and led projects for imec’s innovation pipeline. As a business domain lead, he currently develops and executes ecosystem/product strategies for life science technologies.
