  • Speaker for "Trend & future way of Instrument Management" by the Association of Operating Room Nurses in 2004 conference in the Philippines and as panel speaker in the CSSD conference in Jakarta in 2005. Invited panel speaker for TNT Medtech forum on "Med Tech the backbone of National Healthcare Growth in Malaysia" in 2014.
  • Spearhead corporate strategy planning process in 2007 for Asia region. Experience in conducting workshop for top management to facilitate corporate strategy formulation and review.
  • Spearhead the setup of Leadership Development program (Asia Pacific Management Excellence Program) for mid level management development since 2008.
  • Trainer & facilitator for "Strategy Management" and "Organization Culture, Behavior and Structure" since 2009. Conducted and facilitated more than 20 sessions.
  • Published paper in Exploring Leaderships and Learning Theories in Asia (ELLTA) with UPM Professor SY Foong "A RESOURCE-BASED VIEW AND ORGANIZATIONA LEARNING INITIATIVES: THE CASE OF B. BRAUN IN ASIA PACIFIC" in 2011.
  • Panel Speaker by Segi College to share the learning organization in practice with International MBA students in 2012.
  • Founded the first medical device association namely, Healthcare Technology Association of the Philippines in 2019 and as the President of the association until 2021.
  • Appointed in 2018 as Co-Chair of Healthcare Committee of European Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines
