Jackson Teng is the Senior Director of Asia Talent Acquisition and Workforce Strategies at Micron Technology. He oversees talent acquisition across Asia, driving successful workforce development strategies and impactful talent engagement initiatives.
With over 21 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Jackson has held various leadership roles in manufacturing, engineering, and human resource. Jackson began his career as an engineer before transitioning to HR, where he was based in Taiwan, leading the HR team and spearheading M&A/integration projects as well as startup of a new Assembly & Test plant. Upon returning to Singapore, he served as the Global Executive Business Partner for Micron’s Assembly & Test operations and as the Regional Executive Business Partner for South Asia.
Jackson holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with a minor in business from the National University of Singapore.
