Russell has over 25 years of experience in staffing and recruitment across Technology, Financial services, Insurance, Advanced Manufacturing, Energy, and the increasingly important Data Centre and Semiconductor sectors.
During the last 20 years living in in Southeast Asia, Russell has built and scaled regional staffing business operations, led major business transformations, and delivered lasting results for global and regional organizations.
Russell’s role at Horizontal is to lead Customer Success for Enterprise Clients and continue the growth of the regional business across Asia Pacific
Outside work, Russell is a family and fitness person, participating in racquet sports, skating, hiking and personal fitness. He is regularly asked to speak to students from universities in Malaysia and has spoken at APU, ASB and UTM during the last 12 months.
