Jenny’s professional career began at Furama Hotel, Singapore. Started as a HR executive and handled general HR including payroll administration. After 1.5 years, she moved on to a chemical company, Dynea Singapore Pte. Ltd to manage the HR/Administration Department. Being the department head, she handled all HR & admin roles including expatriate management, union negotiation and payroll. She started her career in Semiconductor world in 2007 (left after 10 years in Dynea). She joined HNS as a Snr Section Manager (acquired by Chatered and subsequently named as GlobalFoundries). In 2017, she was headhunted to explore the medical equipment manufacturing and joined Edwards Lifesciences as Snr Manager, HRBP.
5 years ago, she decided to return to the Semiconductor world to join Applied Materials as Snr Manager HRBP.
Jenny received her Bachelor of Administration from NUS and Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from SIM.
