Starting his career at UTAC Thai Limited (UTL) in April 2007 as a Packaging Design Engineer, Kunakorn quickly rose through the ranks, taking on increasingly challenging roles and responsibilities. Over the years, he has demonstrated a deep understanding of packaging design principles and a keen ability to collaborate effectively with customers and suppliers to drive successful outcomes.
In his role as a Senior Packaging Design Engineer from April 2012 to March 2016, Kunakorn honed his skills in developing new materials and processes for lead frame packaging, showcasing his proficiency in adapting to evolving industry trends and technologies. His expertise in running thermal simulations and electrical stimulation (RLC) has been instrumental in ensuring the reliability and performance of new package designs.
As a Section Manager from April 2016 to March 2021, Kunakorn Kaoson further demonstrated his leadership capabilities by overseeing a team of professionals and guiding them towards achieving project milestones and objectives. His ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment has been key to driving innovation and driving continuous improvement within the organization.
Currently serving as a Manager since April 2021, Kunakorn continues to leverage his wealth of experience and technical knowledge to lead strategic initiatives and drive business growth. His proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks tool has enabled him to optimize design processes and enhance product performance.
