Hasniza Dato’ Hashim is an Engineering Program Director in Intel Malaysia Design & Development. She is leading and working with various engineering teams to design and validate new Intel products features functionality, electrical, power, thermal, performance, stress & stability per quality before decision made to officially release the product into the market.
> 20 years of engineering, management, leadership, and technical experience. Prior to Intel, worked in Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, Honeywell Aerospace Avionics and National Instruments as well as in TalentCorp under MOHR.
In program management, co-founder and core member of Intel MYS PM Community of Practice (PMCoP). Received Intel GLADIUS Hall of Fame award 2021. A Certified Project Management Professional by PMI and Certified Career Coach from MIM.
Active in STEM programs as Intel STEM Core members. Co-founder and core member of Girls in Engineering & Technology (GET) program with MNC companies and Penang Science Cluster. Led Intel AIOT track in Innovate Malaysia Design Competition (IMDC) 2018-2021.
Passionate in driving women agenda and technical female. Co-led Intel CLOVER and Core member in Intel Women Leadership Development (WLD). Received prestigious Intel Global Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact Achievement Awards 2022. In 2021, appointed as one of 8 members of Women Agenda Council of Expert (WACE) by TalentCorp under MOHR.
