Job Title: CNC/Programmer

Job Description/Content/Duties:

  • Responsible for providing cycle time upon received enquiry from BD dept.
  • Responsible for preparing programmed via CAM for selected products either RFQ’s or FA or Mass production.
  • Create and modify programs with company software such as Esprit, Master Cam & Gibbs Cam. All created/modified programmed need to be documented.
  • Study the drawings of the components to be manufactured from RFQ stage until FA Development
  • Decide various machining operations required to manufacture the components.
  • Write a program to accomplish various machining operations as per the required sequence and dimension of a job.
  • Design fix Turing, lifting devices and tools for CNC milling and turning.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma and degree in related fields
  • 2 years above direct CNC machining/programming experience and set-up CNC Machines with multi-axis machines.
  • Ability to use Mastercam, Gibbs Cam and Esprit to program for multiple CNC platforms.
  • Auto cad – Drafting 2D and 3D
  • Customer drawings and Specifications
  • Cutter Technologies
  • Material Technologies
  • Machine (Workshop Technology)
  • Jig & Fixture design
