Job Title: Machine Setter

Job Description/Content/Duties:

  • Prepare tooling for machine setup including production manual, tooling layout, cutting & other supporting tools, gauges & programming.
  • Perform FA inspection & get approval from Quality Department personnel before handing over the machine-to-Machine Operator for mass production.
  • Perform sample fabrication, machine setup, minor machine trouble shooting and ensuring Production Operator is doing the required machine preventive maintenance.
  • Confers with Engineers, Programmers, production personnel, or others to resolve machining problems.
  • Shall assist Supervisor to ensure that the ALPHA Environmental Management System is established, documented, implemented, managed, and maintained according to requirements of standards ISO 14001:2015 as well as customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and its effectiveness is continually improved through regular reviews.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in CNC Machinist or 2 years experiences in related field
  • Expect in handling CNC Machine.
