Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description/Content/Duties:

  • Provide guidance or be the method of Program Engineer
  • Doing consolidation for KPI
  • Main window between customer and factory
  • Track and review sales revenue, on time delivery, customer satisfaction, customer scorecard regularly
  • Drive for improvement actions if KPI or goal is not met.
  • Provide regular project status updates.
  • Monitor finishes good inventory level regularly to avoid discontinuity in supply and minimize aging stock.
  • Drive for operational excellence
  • Attending customer conference call
  • Report to Program director

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or Higher
  • 5 years and above working experience in Project/ program management.
  • Strong leadership, independence, good interpersonal skills, teamwork, proactive and willing to take up new challenges.
  • Proficient in English (oral, read and write)
  • Preferably with knowledge of or working experience in CNC or semiconductor industry.
