Test engineering experts (equipment/process/packing) responsible as development owner to establish and setup new test process / equipment / tooling capabilities for any new package/devices in the factory.
Responsible to characterize the package/process/equipment systematically to exceeding quality and reliability requirements.
Responsible in understanding key parameters definition and implement necessary control plan to achieve 1st time right of process manufacturability.
Proactively conduct process optimization and improvement during feasibility to low volume (safe launch) phase to ensure successful High-Volume Manufacturing.

Candidates should possess at least Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics) or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience as Test Engineer in Semiconductor Package Development.
Strong technical skill testing process and familiar with testing of Power packages (PQFN, SO8-FL, TOLL, LFPAK and etc) an added advantage
Broad knowledge in overall Semiconductor manufacturing processes
Good in critical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills e.g. DOE, 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, 5-Why, Fish Bone, IS-IS NOT etc.
Familiar with the common equipment / technology in the industry and possess good knowhow of the equipment features for new product development.
Good written and verbal presentation skills. Able to present ideas, concepts, data, and plan with high confidence at team meetings and executive review meetings.
