Job Title: Sales Manager/Key Account Manager

Job Content/Duties/Descriptions:

  • Establish and maintain strong contacts with existing customers/OEMs in order to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities.
  • Grow vacuum, abatement, and service business in Semi-DSL accounts.
  • Participate and monitor sales forecast budget.
  • Identify and follow up new opportunities.
  • Make regular customer visits and publish visit report on time.
  • Report on competitive activities.
  • Work with Field Service Engineers to make sure all the service activities are satisfied by customers.
  • Make use of the whole organization to create value in customers’ eyes.
  • Penetrate new products such as pump/abatement in Semi-DSL area.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferred degree in Engineering/Business
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the sales/technical industry
  • Process potential sales capabilities
  • Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis
  • Good computer skills
  • Process ability to learn and understand customers’ needs.
  • High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customers’ needs.
  • Good level of initiative in problem solving with the customer and post-sales support within Edwards
  • Make products’ presentations to customers.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good time management skills
