Job Title: Sales Manager/Key Account Manager
Job Content/Duties/Descriptions:
- Establish and maintain strong contacts with existing customers/OEMs in order to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities.
- Grow vacuum, abatement, and service business in Semi-DSL accounts.
- Participate and monitor sales forecast budget.
- Identify and follow up new opportunities.
- Make regular customer visits and publish visit report on time.
- Report on competitive activities.
- Work with Field Service Engineers to make sure all the service activities are satisfied by customers.
- Make use of the whole organization to create value in customers’ eyes.
- Penetrate new products such as pump/abatement in Semi-DSL area.
Job Requirements:
- Preferred degree in Engineering/Business
- At least 3 years’ experience in the sales/technical industry
- Process potential sales capabilities
- Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis
- Good computer skills
- Process ability to learn and understand customers’ needs.
- High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customers’ needs.
- Good level of initiative in problem solving with the customer and post-sales support within Edwards
- Make products’ presentations to customers.
- Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
- Good time management skills
