Job Title: Global Key Account Manager (GKAM) 

Job Content/Duties:

  • Develop and implement global key account sales strategy (account plan) in alignment with HET 
  • business lines’ strategy.
  • Annual budgeting and driving the team (overseas account managers and other internal 
  • stakeholders) to achieve sales targets according to budget.
  • Develop a robust sales funnel pipeline and drive to close WINs to achieve growth target 
  • Support the development of Business Lines and Product Lines portfolio including go-to market 
  • strategy.
  • Drive sales excellence through implementation of tools and processes (Jedox for forecasting 
  • and CRM for opportunity pipeline) and embracing Challenger skills 
  • Negotiate commercial, technical, development, quality contract (including pricing)
  • Market segment, customers, competitors intelligence gathering 
  • Develop and growth customer relationship especially mid and Snr level management.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 15 years sales experience, with at least 8 years in managerial or Global Key Account responsibility 
  • Strong customer (Amkor, Fabless, IDM) connection and relationships at middle/ top level
  • Extensive experience in Semiconductor, Power Electronics and Automotive industry, 
  • Excellent communication skills (oral / written / presentation)
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent sales skills (negotiation, relationship and soft skills)
  • Experience to work in multi-national companies
  • Ability to engage and collaborate internally across all functions and sites in a matrix organization locally and globally. Including managing indirect-reporting structure of account managers overseas 
  • Ability and willingness to engage and handle multiple layers within the customer organization from Senior Management SVP/VP/SnrDir/Dir down to operational production, engineering, purchasing, procurement Mgrs/Engrs/Buyers/Planners)
  • Assertive with a sense of urgency, self driven, ability to make things happen
  • Fluency in English (Spoken & Written)
  • Frequent travelling for customer and internal purpose both locally in Korea and overseas travelling to relevant countries
  • Bachelor degree or above in Engineering field 
  • Master degree in business administration will have added advantage
  • Proven record in Global Key Account roles will have added advantage
