Lead/Participate in machine troubleshooting and, inclusive of Abnormal machine breakdown, troubleshooting machine, define machine operating SOP and troubleshooting guide.
Support machine PM schedule activity and autonomous maintenance.
Develop and implementation of TPM program, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, including spare parts inventory & service contracts, to enhance Manufacturing Equipment performance.
Collaborate with and manage suppliers to support running of AM processes, machine development and automation solution for industrialize 4.0.
Understanding, Implementation and buy-off of new Manufacturing Equipment develop by Equipment Development team.
Ensure Equipment manual and procedure are in place. Coordinate the training of new equipment with the Equipment Development team.
Institute operational efficiency and/or machine/process improvements targeted to reduce machine cycle time, increase machine availability, and increase throughput.
Prepare and deliver training documentation/support and response procedures to elevate the ability of technicians/ operators to address common problems.
Participate and resolve internal or external issue with Cross Functional team.

Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics) or Technical Diploma with more than some related working experience will be considered.
6 Sigma Certification is an added advantage.
Experience in assembly material manufacturing industry and dealing with Electro-Mechanical Equipment is preferred.
Assembly Material/Semiconductor related knowledge and practical experience preferred.
Knowledge in paste manufacturing and application (Die Attach paste) is highly advantageous.
Knowledge in solder wire manufacturing and application is highly advantageous.
Experience in resolving a manufacturing process and product issues independently.
Strong problem analysis, troubleshooting and solving skills.
Knowledge in statistical tools (SPC, Minitab/JMP) will be preferred.
Good machine machinery understanding of process technology and applicable methodologies.
Good knowledge in Electrical and/or Mechanical.
Up to date with current equipment and processes available in the commercial market.
Ability to create customized solutions, and propose customizable equipment, necessary for process improvements.
Able to have systematic troubleshooting skill and tools knowledge for machine issue troubleshooting.
