Job Title: Production Manager
Job Content/Duties:
- Plan, distribute and monitor production, workshops, production lines, based on the specific characteristics and availability of the equipment, operators and constraints of the various positions required.
- Monitor, control, and adapt production schedules, in conjunction with the different departments concerned and according to the conditions.
- Optimize production process by eliminating wastes and other constraints to improve work efficiency.
- Liaise with purchase and procurement department to develop and improve supply chain process.
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of goods to clients.
Job Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in production is preferred
- Able to read, speak and write in English and Malay
