Job Title: Production & Material Control Executive
Job Content/Duties:
- Responsible for planning of harness management from BOM (Bill of Materials), inventory management and production arrangements.
- Prepare Production Planning for each Sales Order.
- Conduct daily PDCA of the harness related jobs.
- Liaise closely with Project Leader of the planning matter, Engineer of the Bill of Materials, and Material Control of the material preparation progress.
- Coordinate with the Production Dept. on the manpower allocation and production progress.
- Trigger Material Control in building up inventory machine.
- Check the target hours versus actual hours of production and seek improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments on issues that arise and solve the issues together to meet the recovery schedule on time.
- Issue, complete and close each Work Order on time. Be able to catch the left-over Work-In-Progress parts with proper countermeasures.
- Monitor the creating services and costs closely with countermeasures.
- Prepare the On Time Delivery Report to the management routinely.
- Responsible for updating the documentation in the ERP system.
- Ensure the return parts of each Project Number are well managed and proper ISO documentation.
- Any ad hoc task assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree in any equivalent studies.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, negotiation skills and pro-active in follow up.
- Candidate with experience in ISO9001 is an added advantage.
- Willing to commence a job based at HQ- Shah Alam for min. 6 months until the new plant is set up in Penang-Batu Kawan area.
