Plan, run and monitor project/machine assembly progress based on schedule and orders.
Plan production work for supervisors / technicians in production.
Train new technician in electrical assembly.
Assist Production Manager in production & electrical related documentation in production.
Ensure sufficient resources of manpower, material, machinery, methods and utilized it efficiently to support scheduled plan
Ensure production progress meets delivery date and fulfil customer order requirement with quality assurance.
Liaise and communicate with different departments regarding processes quality and technical issues.
Ensure proper documentation.
Diagnose problems and customize solutions in reducing downtime, cost and maximum productivity.
Ensure good housekeeping in the production area.
Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Candidate with 3 years of Semiconductor Machine Assembly experience will be an added advantage.
Candidate must have basic alignment skills.
Possess strong analytical skills, able to interact with all levels.
Fresh graduate or experienced candidate is welcome to apply.
