Bachelor's Degree or postgraduate qualification in Engineering discipline. (Software Engineering/Computer Science/Mechanical/Electrical and Electronics/Software System)
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in equipment automation and project management.
Candidates with R&D experience in vision inspection software will be given an added advantage.
Knowledge in Semiconductor test and inspection application.
Knowledge in optical microscopy, camera-based vision system, laser and white-light interferometry system as well robotics handling and motion control systems.
Knowledge in system concept design and able to prepare specification, and develop special mechanism, control system and software algorithms for intended applications.
Exposure to industry 4.0 initiatives and able to identify and drive changes required to stay ahead of competition and capture new market requirements.
Excellent Leadership and managerial skills
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both internally and externally.
Ability to work cross-functionally & at all levels within the organization.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines accordingly.
