Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Job Content/Duties:

  • To handle full spectrum of Human Resource Management functions, which including recruitment, payroll, employee records, industrial relations, employer-employee relationships, learning and development, and assist Senior HR manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, ISO, and regulations. 
  • Recruitment & retention: taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns and managing talent and any HR programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Develop and review current compensation and benefits, and recognition programs that are industry specific and align with organizational objectives. Process monthly payroll and prepare HR related reports.
  • Implement the Learning and Development agenda and provide guidance on development for managers and their teams and identify areas that need attention and improvement.
  • Develop and continuously update internal HR department processes, digitalized HR documents and templates.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as and when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices with compliance with Malaysia Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information.
  • Able to work in fast paced environment and be a team player with strong leadership skills, proactive, committed, and independent personality.
  • Willing to handle administrative tasks in Penang's new plant.
  • Willing to commence a job based at HQ- Shah Alam for min. 6 months until the new plant is set up in Penang-Batu Kawan area.
