Job Title: Service Engineer (Penang)

Job Content/Duties:

  • Provide applications and service support to customers which includes demonstration, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of VMI products and other Company’s product.
  • Provide training and after sales service support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the instruments and engineering equipment.
  • Respond to customer requests and take corrective actions within target timeline.
  • Liaise closely with customers, suppliers and teammates.
  • Prepare quotations, costing and service reports.
  • Assist in ISO document preparation.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate with 1-5 years Service Engineer working experience in the related field are welcomed to apply.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel domestically or overseas.
  • Able to converse and write in English and Mandarin for effective communication with China’s customers.
