Job Title: Service Engineer (Shah Alam)
Job Content/Duties:
- Provide after-sales technical support to customers.
- Provide training and demonstration to customers on the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
- Respond to customer requests and take corrective actions within target timeline.
- Liaise closely with customers, suppliers and teammates.
- Maintain daily communication with customers and ensure resolution and proper follow-ups.
- Prepare service reports, quotations and costing.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Industrial Instrument or setting up PC is an advantage.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in service.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel domestically or overseas.
