Job Title: Production Engineer
Job Description/Content/Duties:
- Plan and monitor daily production schedule and manage resources inclusive of manpower.
- Monitor and review daily, weekly, monthly production wip, yield, productivity and machine performance.
- Identified goals, objective and strategies for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and carry out investigation for metal rejects and other abnormal reject lots.
- Lead / participate in tpm and work together with engineering section to improve machine performance / up time.
- Continuously motivate subordinates, manage conflict as it arise and provide counselling when required.
- Administer policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
- Aggressively target and reduce all forms of wastes and support the company cost reduction goals by applying best practices and strongly support re-claim activities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Equivalent.
