Job Title: R&D Engineer

Job Description/Content/Duties:

  • To provide technical support to existing and new customers and to ensure product functionality/ feasibility for customers application.
  • To attend customers' molding evaluation to assist customers in process optimization consideration for product manufacturability.
  • To recommend suitable products and perform design modification to existing product.
  • To provide support to Manufacturing Department in process improvement and problem solving activities.
  • To lead and support cross-functional team for new product development and products transfer project to ensure timely and smooth transition into production.
  • To actively participate in all aspects of design control, including Quality Planning, APQP, FMEA, Design review, and packaging/ shelf life studies activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
