Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Job Description & Requirement:
- Minimum Tertiary Education or above
- Presentable & Team player
- Good interpersonal, coordination and communication skills team player.
- Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese
- Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales or customer relationship roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and grow the sales of existing account base and penetrate into new accounts
- Widen the market share, clientele of the Company’s and range of services.
- Managing & retaining relationships with existing key clients and their key middle management personnel
- Quickly respond to customers’ requests (RFQ) & providing quotes with excellent follow up
- Study & analyze the market trends to ensure achieving sales targets
- Commercial negotiations with stakeholders (clients)
- Work closely with the company operations team to ensure clients’ expectation
- Manage client’s accounts on billing and contractual matters
Job Objectives:
As an Account Manager you will handle a mix of existing and new sales accounts. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, possess multi-tasking abilities, have a compelling sales personality, and with a hunger to pitch and close new business leads as well as to expand business coverage of the existing clientele.
