Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Job Description & Requirement:

  1.  Minimum Tertiary Education or above
  2.  Presentable & Team player
  3.  Good interpersonal, coordination and communication skills team player.
  4.  Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese
  5.  Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress.
  6.  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  7.  Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales or customer relationship roles 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive and grow the sales of existing account base and penetrate into new accounts
  2. Widen the market share, clientele of the Company’s and range of services.
  3.  Managing & retaining relationships with existing key clients and their key middle management personnel
  4. Quickly respond to customers’ requests (RFQ) & providing quotes with excellent follow up
  5. Study & analyze the market trends to ensure achieving sales targets
  6. Commercial negotiations with stakeholders (clients)
  7. Work closely with the company operations team to ensure clients’ expectation 
  8. Manage client’s accounts on billing and contractual matters

Job Objectives:

As an Account Manager you will handle a mix of existing and new sales accounts. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, possess multi-tasking abilities, have a compelling sales personality, and with a hunger to pitch and close new business leads as well as to expand business coverage of the existing clientele.
