Job Title: Service Engineer

Job Description & Requirement:

  1. Adapt to both on site and service center roles.
  2. Able to read and write in English and Chinese.
  3. Good technical and analytical skills.
  4. Entry level are welcome to apply.
  5. Able to work in cleanroom.
  6. Microsoft office knowledge.
  7. Able to work overtime on weekend/standby as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Semiconductor Robots installation, calibration and troubleshoot in clean room.
  2. Semiconductor Robots overhaul maintenance and test in service center.
  3. Provide front line support for key field service activities in line with customer requirements.
  4. Able to provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel to enable informed decisions to be made on a course of action to resolve product issues.
  5. Self-motivated, meticulous, disciplined and strong team player with high integrity.
  6. Able to support overtime.
