Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Job Content/Duties:

  • The service engineer will be responsible for maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. 
  • Provide service and support to the existing customers in accordance to the service plan pre-agreed with customers. 
  • Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and Sustaining- meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment.
  • Manage high profile contacts – build and maintain close relationship with industry customers and suppliers.
  • Remain high standards – Continues improvement of workflows and processes meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.

Critical Sucess Factors / Skills:

  • Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
  • Installs, configures, troubleshoots, routine Preventive Maintenance of tools / equipment.
  • Able to travel to support local and regional sites (within Asia Pacific countries)
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Models: Diffusion, Etching and Thin films wafer services

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical/ Mechanical, or an equivalence in working experiences.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is preferred.
