Job Title: Procurement Executive

ViTrox is a design and manufacturing company that powers machine vision solutions for semiconductor and electronics packaging companies. From digitising manufacturing processes to scanning product defects, our products perform reliably at higher speeds and with greater precision. 

Now, as a company with an extensive customer base globally, our expanding team is looking for a self-driven procurement executive with good negotiation and communication skills and a cost-saving mindset. You will be working closely with internal departments and suppliers to acquire materials.
 

Job Descriptions:

  • Source direct and indirect materials requested by internal departments
  • Deal with suppliers for the best price and payment term
  • Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery
  • Coordinate and monitor all purchases to avoid any shortages, overcharges and breakage
  • Manage supply chain-related tasks
  • Analyse the cost reduction activities and alternative part replacements

Job Requirement:

  • Background in Operation Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Technology Management or equivalent education
  • Experience in purchasing / buyer in the Manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge in Purchasing / Inventory / Material (Electronics & Mechanical) and Warehouse Management is an added advantage
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin as the candidate is required to deal with suppliers from China and Taiwan
  • Self-starter and good in communication / negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
