Now, as a company with an extensive customer base globally, we are looking for an aspiring and goal-oriented product engineer to work on product sustainability and success in accordance with defined targets, strategies and goals.

Job Descriptions:

  • Understand the fundamental design requirements and concepts of new products or design changes on existing products
  • Manage new product or project development timeline, cost and quality
  • Work on project and resource planning to achieve total customer satisfaction
  • Understand customer requirements and attend to inquiries
  • Conduct competitor analysis, and market benchmarking
  • Keep up to date of the latest technology and market trends through field experts

Job Requirement:

  • Background in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer), Science & Technology or equivalent
  • Experience in quality assurance, product / manufacturing engineering working environment
  • Knowledgeable in Industry 4.0 and automated inspection products' capability, strength, shortfall and pricing strategy is a plus
  • Possess strong leadership traits and team-oriented mindset
  • Required skills: product launching, market research, time management, communication and negotiation skills
