Job Title: R&D Firmware Development Engineer

We turn the best machine vision technology into trusted solutions for semiconductor manufacturers, and now we are looking for an R&D firmware development engineer to be part of the ViTrox experience and play a critical role in embedded system firmware design and development for industrial products.

Job Descriptions:

  • Study and understand the New Product Introduction (NPI) projects or service request requirements from customers
  • Work on firmware design verification and validation tests
  • Modify the existing electronics design for customization requests
  • Support product development activities which includes design implementation, design change, integration and testing of hardware for industrial automation product development

Job Requirement:

  • Background in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering (Software / Computer / Mechatronics / Electrical & Electronics) or related disciplines
  • Experience in C, C++, Python, Java, Verilog, VHDL Programming, FPGA, basic analogue and digital circuit design
  • Preferably with software and firmware development methodologies (design verification and validation, code reviews, code repository, version control, etc.) and embedded OS environment (Linux, RTOS, etc.)
  • Good project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
