As we continue to expand, we need a passionate talent acquisition executive to source key technical talents to support the company’s long-range plans.

Job Descriptions:

  • Source for potential candidates and assess their technical competencies
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Continuously build talent pipeline for company talent needs
  • Assist in career fairs, career talks, employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives

Job Requirement:

  • Background in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
  • Experience in talent acquisition
  • Technical hiring experience is a plus
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • Outgoing and result-oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel for business purposes when necessary
