Job Position Summary:

Analyzes, evaluates, consults, configures, and project manages solutions along with recommendations to improve application system utilization.

Services:
• Leads analysis on business procedures, needs and problems where appropriate configure applications to support requirements.
• Plans and prepares documentation of the development and functioning of systems.
• Deploys code or configuration changes in emergency situations.
• Carries out broad and complex assignments requiring comprehensive knowledge in the field of
specialization.
• Provides application and technical client support in order to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues with information systems products and services.
• Leads project team in concept development, interface design, architecture and planning tasks and
resources based upon estimates, costs, schedule and scope. Evaluates project objectives and
requirements on an ongoing basis.
• Leads estimates, request for proposals (RFPs), feasibility studies, etc. as required for the project, and recommends appropriate solutions.
• Train personnel in technical complexities of assigned work.

Delivery:
• Planning and implementing assigned projects so that relevant parties are aware of projects milestones and importance.
• Ensures that best practices and common technology solutions are effectively applied across value
streams.
• Manage projects utilizing best practice industry methodologies for software development.

Business Partner: 
• Participative on the Business Operations Team
• Creates a common understanding with key stakeholders of the project objectives, processes, and results to be achieved.
• Lead IT consultant for applications support, providing day-to-day support, and data mining.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 7-10 years of related experience
• Leadership aptitude
