Hilman has more than 20 years working experience covering full spectrum of Human Resources in both local and MNC organizations across few industries such as manufacturing, building material, hospitality, property development etc. Some of the organizations that Hilman has held key HR positions will include Matsushita , Lafarge , Western Digital , Hong Leong Group etc.

Hilman is a MBA holder from University of Southern Queensland, Australia. His interest involves outdoor activities, charity work etc.
