Mr. Eddy NEO

Eddy is currently working in AEM as its Senior HR Director. He leads AEM's global People organization, driving its people strategy and operations. He is responsible for developing global HR initiatives, systems, and processes to shape a holistic HR strategy for AEM, with the aim of achieving a unified, high-performing company culture and the best workplace experience for all its employees.

Eddy brings more than two decades of human resources experience from the public, private and non-profit sectors. He has worked in multiple industries, including education, chemicals, heavy engineering and industrial machinery. Prior to AEM, he spent 3 years in a non-profit organization. Eddy is currently serving on the board of a non-profit organization. In addition, he also volunteers as a marriage mentor, as well as a mentor for young adults
