Lead of Multi-Functional Technical groups in resolving technology and manufacturing issues from 1^st silicon packaging, process characterization, package qualification, factory certification to revenue ramp delivered with high velocity and low-cost solutions. In the forefront of new packaging technology that is mapped to Intel Vietnam Factory.

Factory Staff Technologist

Proponent of Problem Solving methodology and discipline, been the solutions provider for Packaging and Process/Equipment Interaction issues. Brought Assembly and Test Process robustness thru extensive data driven decisions, influencing the factory cleanroom design, package design, and process  definition. Strong advocate of developing young technical talents, actively empowers engineers through continuous learning experience. Actively joins and leads problem solving discussions of major factory issues to create an avenue to mentor and impart rich experience. Pushes every engineer to have the fundamental understanding, the science behind every data and decision to enable the future generation.

• Rich Greenfield Experience: Start-up Team in Assembly in enabling multiple factories – Intel Cavite Philippines, Intel Penang Malaysia and Intel Vietnam
• Long Assembly Process Development Experience: Lead of module process development since 1996, with more than 2 years of stint in Intel Chandler, Arizona development site.
• Innovation: Authored several invention disclosure papers and technical papers.
• Active Practitioner: Certified Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt, In-house instructor of Problem Solving Methods and Industry Standard Project Management. Moreover, continuously developing training courses to bring-up new engineers.
• Business Acumen: Management of a whole products segment from technology enabling, ramp and profitability bringing the advantage to provide viable economical technical solutions to the factory.
