Regina has accumulated over 15 years of HR experience with large global organizations. During this time, she served as the trusted HR and OD partner to CEOs, Vice Presidents, General Managers, and Directors across various departments, including R&D, IT, Finance, Manufacturing, and HR.

These experiences provided the foundation for her coaching, training, and facilitating organizational development programs, which encompass Leadership Development, Change & Transition Management, and Talent Engagement.

Additionally, Regina has designed and delivered customized leadership programs for emerging and technical leaders. She utilizes facilitative training methods such as Open Space Technology and Graphic Facilitation.

Regina is deeply passionate about developing the next generation of leaders to serve as change agents in the evolving VUCA world.
